We are Cherries, the most performing agency in town.

When we thought about a film describing Cherries, we knew from the very start that we didn’t just want an ad. We wanted to convey passion, creativity and levity. We wanted a project that involved our city and all the talented people that live here.

That’s why we called up Sea Creative, one of Varese’s best street artists, and gave him a space in the middle of Piazza Monte Grappa, right under our agency. That’s why we gave him a sunny day and let him get on with his work while Jacopo Manghi, a supremely talented local director and photographer, filmed him for eight hours, creating a performance we all fell in love with. That’s why we’re Cherries.

“Who’s that? What’s he doing? Who are you? Thanks!” – an outpouring of questions and warmth from a curious local woman, charmed by the spectacle. P.S. Some people call him Alfonso, some Fernando, and others Marcelo (“because he looks like Proust, but a bit chubbier”). Some people don’t call him anything. Whatever his name is, he’s a perfect fit for our agency and we’re very fond of him.

Finally happy to see each other again. Thanks to all of us.

When Essilor Italia (major manufacturer of lenses for protecting and correcting vision) called us for their trade support campaign for the May 2020 reopening, we were in full lockdown mode. Shut in our homes, telecommuting, and wearing pyjamas, we envisioned the world at the end of the world and we saw people free to do those little big things that make us happy everyday: looking each other in the eyes, running through fields, thinking about the future. We decided to call the campaign #felicidirivederci [happy to see each other again] and applied it to in-store materials: window posters, give-away postcards, fliers with safety rules, floor adhesives for distancing in the store.

Since 1956 LA/ES has been manufacturing acetate slabs for sunglasses and eyeglasses for the biggest brands in the world. It asked Cherries to come up with its rebranding, a website that is above all a valid working tool for the industry, and a strategy that includes online tools capable of speaking the language of the sector’s designers and aficionados.

The Experience: not a product, but a trade marketing project designed for the CooperVision sales team and customers. A kit packed full of exclusive services, personalised support and unique experiences, with the aim of strengthening the brand relationship. The project saw us getting to grips in our studio with naming, logos, the website, communication material and support for the sales team, as well as side projects such as shop window design and a training course for retailers.

Building trade loyalty through a unique experience.

The Experience: not a product, but a trade marketing project designed for the CooperVision sales team and customers. A kit packed full of exclusive services, personalised support and unique experiences, with the aim of strengthening the brand relationship. The project saw us getting to grips in our studio with naming, logos, the website, communication material and support for the sales team, as well as side projects such as shop window design and a training course for retailers.

PV: a hallmark of Italian excellence in the world.

Petrolvalves is an industrial company that began as a family business and in the space of 60 years boasted offices all over the world. For this reason, when they asked us to accompany them in their most recent evolution, we felt simply honoured. For them we conceived a concept, a matching image, communication material, product brochures, graphic designs for exhibitions and merchandising with a distinct twist compared with the usual steel and stone image, capable of conveying a solid but dynamic superiority.

For open days held for graduates of Milan’s Polytechnic and Bocconi universities we created a system for gathering personal details and CVs which was hosted on the website and accessible through a QR code: true digital interaction allowing PV to profile talent and providing young people with access to a business that understands them.
