The Experience: not a product, but a trade marketing project designed for the CooperVision sales team and customers. A kit packed full of exclusive services, personalised support and unique experiences, with the aim of strengthening the brand relationship. The project saw us getting to grips in our studio with naming, logos, the website, communication material and support for the sales team, as well as side projects such as shop window design and a training course for retailers.

WHAT: Branding / Web design / Visual design / Content / Packaging
The Experience is a tactile project: the first building block of the project, an exquisite package containing the kit to gain access to the world of The Experience. A striking object for an important project – an object that draws a “wow!” from those receiving it and “I want one” from those who only glimpse it.
The Experience is a digital experience too: the personal code contained in the kit grants entry to a private website reserved for CooperVision customers. More than a website, it’s a platform for customers to manage their Experience, sign up to courses and newsletters, and get support.
The Experience is a live experience too: Cherries organised and held a series of visual merchandising sessions in individual sales outlets, from Turin to Calabria and from Palermo to Tuscany.
